I was so lucky to work with Alanna Nichols. First, Alanna had gotten me a nice place to live when I was deciding to put my house on the market then she became my listing agent. Besides all the works that needed to put the house on the market such as writing the property description, taking photos, holding open house sessions, she also helped me to find the movers, to order the HOA home selling package, and helped me move stuff to the Salvation Army, etc... I can't say enough how much I appreciate Alanna, I didn't feel alone going through the stressful process of moving and listing the house. Alanna is the best!! I think anyone that needs to buy or sell or anything that relates to real estate should find her, she really cares.
