About Alanna

Alanna Nichols has been a Realtor in Northern VA since 2015, and obtained her Broker's license in January 2022. She was awarded the Dulles Area Top Producer award for $6million+ in 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Prior to selling real estate, she earned a biology degree from Grove City College in PA, then worked in customer relations in the research sector. Her science background gives Alanna an interesting edge over other Realtors, as she is extremely observant to not only the real estate market conditions, but to her clients’ needs as well. Leveraging her meticulous customer relations skills, Alanna wins over anyone she meets with her authenticity and warmth. She has unmatched follow-through and attention to detail, spanning the entirety of the buying and selling process. Alanna’s rich experience of selling Northern Virginia real estate nuances from representing young professionals and families looking for the perfect home, to selling properties of all types including condos, townhouses and single family homes.

Alanna leads a busy life in a charming Ashburn neighborhood with her three kids and beloved dogs. Born and raised outside of Rochester, NY, Alanna enjoys the relatively (it's not upstate NY!) mild climate of the DC area, and makes the most of any time available to exercise, read, and explore outdoor activities with her family and friends.
